Five essentials, each with the proof behind it
Business and process transformation, delivered through Microsoft technology. Business transformation is where we are strongest, and it is usually the door in. The others follow it.
What Ionyze sells.

Business transformation
Business case and vision creation, plus programme direction.
Our strongest ground, and where most engagements start.
Process transformation
Solution led transformation, underpinned by deep knowledge of D365.
Standard Process Frameworks, applied rather than reinvented each time.
Delivery
A blended shore based model. Design and business engagement onshore, at the client.
The client always knows whose name is on the decision.
Talent
Senior, scarce and hybrid Microsoft profiles, contract or permanent. Contract CVs back inside 24 hours. A named person, one contact throughout.
Quality over volume. A small number of people capable of solving the problem.
Products
Reusable accelerators customers build on, inside their own infrastructure.
Accelerators, not software to rent. The client keeps what we deploy.
Process before platform
Solution led, not platform led. We start from a standard process and the client's real variations, design to the level the work is actually done at, and configure the platform against that design. Instrument a process nobody has designed and you get precise measurements of chaos.
Design
A bank of standard processes, aligned to the APQC Process Classification Framework, adapted to the client rather than reinvented. Designed at L1 to L3 and modelled in BPMN 2.0, so work is measured rather than absorbed and every decision is recorded.
Configure
Process design mapped to Dynamics 365 functional areas, ready to configure against. The platform executes the design; it does not define it. Standard first, variation only where the business case says so.
Measure
Adoption and cycle time by process stage after go-live, captured inside the client's own tenant. The stages that drift are fixed at source, not papered over with training. Maturity assessed against CMMI.
The operating model is the deliverable. The platform is how it gets executed.

Reported capacity and actual capacity are not the same thing, and the gap between them is where performance is lost.
Illustrative drift signature after go-live: create order 98 percent adopted, assign engineer 91 percent, capture site evidence 64 percent, close and invoice 58 percent. The dashboard is green; the last two stages are where the value leaks.
One capability map, three practice areas
Our focus is the people who operate between business transformation and technical delivery: senior, scarce and hybrid profiles.
Dynamics 365
- Finance and Operations
- Supply Chain Management
- Customer Engagement
- Functional and technical architecture
- Senior functional consulting
- Integration and engineering
Data and platform
- Data architecture
- Data engineering
- Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
- Azure data platforms
- Infrastructure and platform services
- Migration and modernisation
Azure, AI and engineering
- Azure engineering
- Integration
- AI and Copilot
- Power Platform
- Cloud engineering
- Specialist Microsoft engineering
Where we add most value: programme directors, solution and technical architects, senior functional consultants, and the hybrid functional and technical profiles most firms cannot find. Deployed on site, hybrid or remote, around the needs of the programme.
Where our depth actually sits
Because we have domain expertise, we know the products used in those domains. That is why our people arrive already knowing the shape of the problem.
Functional depth
- Supply chainF&O. Operational, physical, our strongest work.
- Work management and field serviceScheduling, dispatch, what happens on site.
- FinanceF&O. Sophisticated accounting implementation.
- Customer experience and salesCE. Service, case handling, pipeline.
- Data and platformReporting, analytics, the Azure platform.
Industry depth
- UtilitiesEstablished. Multi year, regulated programmes.
- Public sectorCleared delivery, to SC and NPPV3 standard.
- PE backed portfoliosA value creation plan and a fixed window.
- Global commercialMulti site operations and the charity sector.
Transformation depth
- Business case and vision
- Operating model design
- Process design at L1 to L3APQC aligned, BPMN 2.0
- Programme direction and recovery
- Measurement and adoption after go-live
- Capability transfer

Onsite thinking, offshore cost advantage
Managed by an onshore UK team. An offshore component is assumed on any programme of size unless there is a security reason against it. What matters to the client is who is directing it.
- Business engagement
- Solution design
- Programme direction
- Design support
- Build and configuration
- Test automation
Senior onshore leaders directing a lower cost offshore team is the combination that wins the work. Direction, design authority and the client relationship never leave the UK.
Six units of work, each with an outcome on it
Every one has a name, a deliverable and an end date, so it goes on a proposal as a line item rather than a rate.
Business case and vision
A quantified case for the change, and the direction to run it.
Board ready case
Process and solution design
Process design mapped to D365 functional areas, ready to configure against.
Configurable design set
Blended delivery squad
A named team. Onshore design and business engagement, offshore build.
Named team, defined sprint
Specialist roles
Domain plus platform plus data in one person. Contract or permanent.
View inside 24 hours
Pre-configured platforms
Industry templates that give you half of what you need before you start, because most businesses in a sector need roughly the same thing. Configured, not out of the box.
Half the configuration on day one
Long term capability building
A structured talent pipeline for predictable multi year demand, shaped per account.
Named pipeline, per account
Applied, not announced
We are investing heavily in AI driven delivery, from business case data synthesis through to test coverage. It is early, everywhere, so we would rather show where it works than claim a position.
Data synthesis
The evidence behind an investment case pulled together in days, so the number arrives faster and holds up.
Process against a standard
Draft process designs compared with the APQC standard and the client's variations, instead of a blank page.
Generated coverage
The regression and acceptance tests that usually get cut when a programme runs late, generated and run.
Delivery telemetry
What the system is actually doing after go-live, captured by D365 Usability Analytics inside the client's tenant, not what the status report says.
The same instrumentation that finds drift in a Diagnostic runs inside our own delivery.
The work behind each capability.
