Cookie policy

Everything this site can store on your device, what each item is for, and how to change your mind at any point.

The short version

One cookie is necessary and is set whatever you choose: the one that remembers your choice. Everything else is optional, switched off by default, and loaded only if you say yes. Rejecting is one click and has no effect on what you can read here.

What we can set

Optional items are not merely disabled until you consent. They are not loaded into the page at all, so nothing is stored and no request is made to those providers unless and until you allow it.

Strictly necessary. Always on.

Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Use the button below or the cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent reloads the page so that anything already running is removed rather than merely told to stop.

Your browser can also block or delete cookies. Doing so will not stop you using this site, though it will mean we ask for your choice again.

Where consent is recorded

Your choice is stored only in your own browser, in a first party cookie. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it expires after 182 days, at which point we ask again.
